I've ordered from this place 1 million times and every time I have a good experience I will leave a good review. They are consistent, and their customer service is always impeccable. It's not good enough for a restaurant just to have good food they have to also treat their customers well, and this restaurant does both of those things. Definitely the best place that I order from in this area since I've moved here. My favorite thing as the buttermilk fried oysters, also love the house salad, zeppolis, the Moroccan carrots, and the short ribs

I gotta give huge props to these guys, it was so good, I took the first bite of my buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and I felt literally so happy. It was THAT good. That Panacotta was delicious. Will def order from here in the future. I can only imagine how much better it would be AT the restaurant as I got delivery.

We really enjoyed the Burger with Fries and Macaroni & Cheese. Both were perfectly prepared and delivered promptly. Looking forward to trying the Tacos and Quinoa Salad. Well also try dining in to take advantage of the Tuesday $10 burger special and Thursday $5 tacos and margaritas.

I've ordered from Roux a number of times, and have had nothing but good experiences. Their food is really tasty, with high quality ingredients and interesting flavor combinations. It can be a bit pricy but I think it's good value.

Easily the best delivery I've had in Albany. Burger is delicious, mac and cheese was amazing. It was delivered quickly and was warmer than I expected given that it was 20 degrees outside.
